Looking for a YOGA class in Legazpi / Madrid Río?

Not everyone wants to trek into the centre for a class, and we don't think you should have to. From 5 October, we're launching a new Monday evening class at 19:30, an entry-level slow flow held outdoors at Madrid Río, moving to Legazpi over the winter months. It's a gentle, welcoming way to start the week, built for beginners and anyone who wants a softer, more grounded practice close to home. We care about being present across different neighbourhoods in Madrid, not just the centre, so if you're based south of the river, this one's for you.

Looking for a yoga class in Madrid for flexible or non-traditional schedules?

If you have a flexible schedule, work US hours, or freelance, Energize & Align is right for you. Tuesdays at 10:30am. Built for digital nomads, freelancers, people working US hours, and parents with caring responsibilities outside of school hours, Energize & Align is a mid-morning English yoga class in Madrid for anyone whose week doesn't fit the traditional 9 to 5. It's a chance to connect with other people navigating a similar schedule, build a little social rhythm into your week, and give your body and mind some proper attention before the day gets away from you

Looking for bilingual yoga in Madrid?

If you want to build your Spanish while you practise, Bilingual Yoga is right for you. Held in a language school and taught in both English and Spanish, Bilingual Yoga is for anyone looking to build confidence with everyday Spanish vocabulary alongside their practice. You'll pick up yoga terms, body parts, and common verbs in their natural context; the kind of practical vocabulary that comes in handy well beyond the mat, such as at the doctor's, in daily conversations, and just generally living life in Madrid.

You'll still move with full confidence throughout, since everything is offered in English too. It's simply a lovely, low-pressure way to build familiarity with the local language while doing something you already enjoy.

Looking for a slow flow or beginner-friendly yoga class in Madrid?

If you're looking for a slower flow, Twilight Yoga is right for you. Held on Wednesday evenings, Twilight Yoga is a slower, more grounded practice built around foundational poses, gentle movement, and real attention to alignment and breath. It's suitable for complete beginners, and just as valuable for experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice, focus on great alignment, and reconnect after a busy day.

Looking for yoga in Madrid for runners or weightlifters?

If you're an athlete, a runner, or someone who lifts weights regularly, Yin Yoga is GREAT for you. Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, taught online. People often assume Yin isn't very active, but it's can be one of the most challenging practices there is. Rather than working the muscles, it targets the joints, fascia, and connective tissue, which makes it an excellent complement to regular running, weightlifting, or any high-impact training.

It's also deeply relaxing. If you struggle with sleep, Yin is worth trying. It's a wonderfully calming, grounding practice that supports a settled nervous system and genuinely good mental health, alongside the physical benefits.
