Nikki is an English speaking yoga teacher in Madrid who teaches yoga classes in English for Madrid Yoga Collective

Nikki knows how to build an international community in Madrid.

She recently moved to Madrid with her partner Ally and their dog, from Denver, Colorado. One of her first priorities upon arriving was to find a yoga community in Madrid, and Madrid Yoga Collective helped her settle in.

Nikki has a background in dance (ballet, modern) and musical theatre. Discovering yoga, she fell in love with the ritual of using breath and movement to better connect with her body and mind. She completed her RYT 200 training in 2017, and she loves helping others experience that same yoga-goodness in her English yoga classes in Madrid.

Nikki loves to read, watch a good movie, get into the mountains and hike, creative writing, and spoiling her dog. She works in communications and PR for climate tech and sustainability organizations.

Experienced, international English-speaking yoga teacher in Madrid

Cara has practiced yoga and built community across Europe. She is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher originally from the UK. After spending four years in Amsterdam, she moved to Madrid and has loved connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures along the way. Travel, community, and movement are a big part of what inspires her.

With a background in dance, Cara has been practising yoga for the past 7 years and was drawn to the familiar connection of movement, while also finding something deeper through the practice of breath and mindfulness. Yoga became a way to cultivate focus, balance, and a sense of calm amongst the busyness of everyday life.

Alongside teaching yoga, Cara works as a creative designer specialising in commercial and hospitality interiors. She is passionate about bringing together the worlds of yoga, wellbeing, and design to create spaces and experiences that help people feel more connected, grounded, and inspired. She looks forward to guiding your yoga class in English soon.
